Dishman Fertilizer expands services with multi-product application capabilities.

As a locally-owned fertilizer and input supplier located in Helena, Missouri, Dishman Fertilizer found Record Harvest's Partners Program a simple and economical way they could provide advanced variable-rate and GIS agronomic solutions to their customers.

Jerry Dishman, Sr. and son, Jerry Dishman Jr. said they choose Record Harvest because they offered the complete package—from the services to the hardware to make it happen. Today, they cover several thousands of acres with variable-rate nutrient recommendations provided courtesy of Record Harvest's GIS mapping services.

Recently as demand for precision application grew, they once again turned to Record Harvest for a more efficient variable-rate solution—multi-product application in a single pass. The solution: a Mid-Tech Legacy 6000 controller that controls a twin-bin New Leader "Multiplier" Bed. Now Jerry Jr. variable-rate P & K products down in a single pass and then switch the hardware over to single-product state when it's time to put down lime.
