The staff of Record Harvest is fully trained in the areas of GPS electronics, agricultural based GIS software and site-specific agronomics. Because of that experience Record Harvest is recognized by their industry providers as a Master Dealer for Ag Leader Technology, certified AutoPilot reseller by Trimble Navigation and certified GIS mapping center by SST Software. Steve Cubbage
Owner and President

Steve created Record Harvest in 1997 as an extension of the progressive practices he had learned on his family farm near Nevada , MO. He is a fourth generation farmer and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with B.S. degrees in agricultural economics and agricultural journalism. Record Harvest grew out of the knowledge learned from the precision practices he started on his family farm back in 1995. It has been his belief that Record Harvest has succeeded because the business and employees understand agriculture and its needs from the ground up—primarily because they've lived it.

Justin Ogle
GIS Specialist and Vice President

Justin Ogle is part of the original Record Harvest crew as he started with the precision ag business in July of 1999. Being trained in literally both the hardware and software aspects of the business, he became a senior staff technician for the company. In December of 2004 he was promoted to Vice-President of the company and now heads the GIS mapping, agronomic and partner service areas of the business. He is a 1997 graduate from Nevada High School and has an Associates degree from NEO in Miami, Oklahoma. Growing up he helped with the Ogle Family U-Pick Strawberry Patch where he began his interest in agronomy.

Diane Ray
Office Manager

Diane is in charge of office operations for Record Harvest's Nevada , Missouri office. Customer service, order fulfillment, accounting and payroll are her primary duties. She has been married to her husband Tommie for 26 years and has one son. Diane has worked for Record Harvest since January of 2003. All her life she has worked on farms and ranches, whether it was in Texas , Colorado or Missouri . Her background also includes managing a Country General Store in Colorado . When you call Record Harvest you'll immediately know that Diane was born in Texas by the accent on the other end of the line.

Brad Majors
GPS Technician

Brad is one that is no stranger to farms and agriculture. He brought that background to Record Harvest when he started in December 2004. He understands the need for efficiency on the farm and that’s why he’s a 100 percent believer in precision agriculture. His primary technical duties at Record Harvest are working with Trimble’s EZ product lineup of GPS lightbars and assisted steering systems. He also is lead technician for Ag Leader’s new DirectCommand system. Brad currently lives in Nevada, Missouri with his wife and their new daughter Madyson.

Wes Gay
Staff Agronomist

Wes started with Record Harvest in the spring of 2005. His Record Harvest duties include working with producers and fertilizer dealers to better implement precision practices into their agronomic gameplan. Wes is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield with a B.S. degree in Agronomy. He will use those skills making fertility recommendations and heading up the GPS soil sampling division of Record Harvest. Again, Wes is another Record Harvest employee with real-world ag experience as he grew up farming with his family on their row-crop farm in Northwest Missouri.
